RECENT REPRESENTATIONS
Lead counsel on numerous cases in state and federal courts and before arbitration panels in disputes involving alleged infringement of patents, trademarks, copyrights, unfair competition and wrongful registration of internet domain names. In addition, Mr. Matulis has successfully resolved numerous matters prior to either party filing a lawsuit. Mr. Matulis’s prior experience representing inventors before the United States Patent and Trademark Office provides invaluable insight in enforcing and defending against claims of patent infringement.
